Domestic Shipping
All domestic clothing orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Stickers and small items ship via USPS 1st Class Mail. Purchased items
will
be shipped within 2 business days of the order. Once shipped,
please allow up to 1 week
of transit time for your package to arrive. If you still have not received your
purchase
after 2 weeks, please email us with
your order number and we
will notify you of your order status.
International Shipping
All international clothing orders ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
Stickers and small items ship via USPS International 1st Class Mail. Purchased items
will
be shipped within 2 business days of the order.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted. You must contact us within 30 days
of your order (orders in the months of November and December have until January 31st). Exchanged items must accompany the
original
packaging and be unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition.
You will be responsible for the cost of sending items back to us as
well as the cost of sending the new items out to you.
If your item(s) meet the above requirement, simply email us at sales@hegreaterthani.com with your order number, the item(s) to be exchanged, and the desired item(s) for
exchange.
Further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your
email.
Sizing & Product Availability
Sizing
Our tees fit true to size - they are printed on 100% cotton and will shrink
slightly if put in a dryer - hang drying is the best way to preserve the
print and the sizing. Our slim fit shirts and hoodies are printed on American
Apparel products, and thus run a bit smaller than what you may be accustomed
to. They also shrink in the wash, so if you're unsure what size to get,
we suggest getting one size up to be safe.
Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we can't guarantee product
availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery. We
reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue,
or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order (we'll
try not to though).
